The bigger the better? We have a cinema with a bar for 150 people suitable for concerts and conferences.

For 5–75 people. These spaces are ideal for meetings and workshops.

Café Radost

Rent a café with functionalist furniture. It can hold up to 100 visitors.

20–20 000 m2 for a month or five years – whether you work as a freelancer, are starting-up or already running a company.

Do you organize markets or other outdoor events? There is a park behind the house that is just waiting to be used.
